Every single process at each stage of manufacturing reflects profound excellence in the workmanship of Metro. This is because a series of well-co-ordinated quality assurance activities are performed during the manufacture of all the products at the plant.

We makes use of well-designed quality control system to inspect our products on various parameters like dimension, forms, surface roughness, roundness and appearance to make sure the output conforms to customer’s specifications. The pool of high precision measuring instruments viz. spectrometer, electronic microscope, surface roughness tester etc. form the unshakeable foundation of quality of our products.

While machines do their best the workforce should do better, the employees are abundantly trained to contribute their best to the company’s zero defect policy. The dedicated QC workforce is highly capable of working with high advance measuring equipment.

Innovation – for a better future

We are turning ideas into winning innovations that are setting new standards. A current example is the transition to a new Melting technology: New methods of simulation show how this can become a reality, and why previous approaches must be reconsidered.

Our research activities focus on developing sustainable solutions for our customers.

Our multi-markets activity allows us in transferring appraisals from one market to another thus innovating the product and empowering the consumers.

Similarly, our In-house multi-process competence gives us the opportunity to search for the most appropriate and innovative solutions that anticipate and align to the customer’s futuristic needs.

Innovation projects in partnership with our customers

"There is no substitute for Hard Work" is our purpose and it allows our customers and partners to benefit from innovations when available and without any conditions attached to it.

When our knowledge is not enough, we undertake a development project, whether in a closed loop when the customer wishes confidentiality or a setting of partnership for science and technology when we can ensure the management of the project. In the latter case, we are always looking for a reference customer’s support.

Our R&D process briefly outlines two Basic stages, an initial draft determining the Costs, resources, limitations submission to the customer, followed by supply of the sample approval prior to any investment decision.
